Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NewsletterExample ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

• Subscribes to brand newsletters on behalf of the platform and stores received emails in a central database
• Provides registered users with a read-only email client interface to browse, filter, search and save those newsletters
• Organises newsletters by industry category, language, and seasonal campaign events
• Provides strategic insights and campaign tips to help email marketing professionals
• Accepts newsletter suggestions from both registered and anonymous users

The Platform is intended for professional research and educational purposes. It is not a personal email service and is not intended for sending emails.

Account Registration

Some features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Content and Copyright

The newsletters displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective brand owners and are reproduced for research and educational purposes under applicable fair use and fair dealing doctrines.

The Platform's own content — including its interface, design, strategic insights, category descriptions, and campaign tips — is the exclusive property of NewsletterExample and may not be reproduced without written permission.

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 13.

Newsletter Suggestions

The Platform allows users — both registered and anonymous — to suggest brand newsletters for inclusion. By submitting a suggestion, you confirm that:

• You have no objection to us subscribing to the suggested newsletter on behalf of the Platform
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting suggestions for spam, fraudulent, or unlawful newsletters
• You grant us the right to use your name (if provided) for attribution purposes

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify any suggestion at our sole discretion. Acceptance of a suggestion does not imply any obligation on our part to maintain it on the Platform indefinitely.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Newsletter content will be complete, accurate, or up to date
• Strategic insights and campaign tips will produce any particular result when applied
• Any particular newsletter will be available at any given time

The strategic insights, campaign tips, and performance analyses provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewsletterExample and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

For users based in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
